Normal support (included in every plan) includes email support 10 AM to 6 PM on a per ticket basis. Callback phone support on a as per needed basis.
Priority support includes 24/7/365 callback phone support, 24 hour email support and an average of 2 hour response time on questions. High priority questions will be immediately answered.
